COVID-19: Catalyst Cloud Running As Usual And Investing To Help

25 March, 2020

Catalyst Cloud is running as usual and our people are ready to help as you need us.

Ahead of the government's requirement, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan and moved all staff to remote working. We already had a geographically spread team, supporting remote infrastructure, so this hasn't been a big change operationally. Our capacity for our staff to work from home is well tested. We have also authorised key staff to access our data centres to perform essential or emergency maintenance during the COVID-19 lock-down period.

We have capacity available and have also doubled our capacity planning horizon to ensure we are well placed to serve you - today or in the weeks and months ahead. We have brought forward an investment of over $1million in infrastructure and people, and to provide help to NZ businesses in challenging times like these.

We are making a special COVID-19 hardship credit towards Catalyst Cloud usage available to small and medium businesses who are in distress during this period. Please talk to us if you require this or forward this message if you know someone who does.

If you would like any help or need to talk about any specific challenges you or your team are facing, please contact us. You can also see cloud-based solutions our clients and partners offer businesses here as well as a full summary of our Catalyst Cloud services here.

Together we can stop the spread.
