- Terms and Conditions v4.0 - The general terms and conditions governing use of Catalyst Cloud
- Service Terms v5.6 - The terms and conditions governing particular cloud services
- Acceptable Use Policy v2.0 - An acceptable use policy setting out how Catalyst Cloud may be legitimately used
- Privacy Statement v2.0 - A privacy statement detailing how we store, use and protect your personal information
Additionally, if you start servers or build images using operating system images we provide, you are also agreeing to the terms of those images. Our documentation site has a list of images we provide and their license, which you should review before using those images.
