Catalyst, the New Zealand based global open source company, continues to innovate in the cloud by introducing a market leading cloud orchestration service in the Catalyst Cloud.

Catalyst Cloud formally launched

Bruno Lago, who leads Catalyst's cloud team, shared tips and tricks on running Software as a Service offerings on top of cloud computing during Friday's Tech Talk for Summer of Tech in Wellington.

The Catalyst Cloud, New Zealand's first fully automated, on-demand cloud solution has had a very successful launch, with use of its compute and storage services increasing by an average of 500% per month over its first four months in operation.

Catalyst has joined the OpenStack Foundation as a participating company.
